


Who we are...
Yellow theater group, seaks to explore expressive ways into implementing and performing original text and research, along with texts from renouned writers of the past. They aspire to strech space into the production of the play and find inovative ways to express meainigns of time love and rebirth. With a humurous way the plays lead to dead ends. A reflection of society's know hows and authority. The human relationships are underlined, by hinting social issues that express us.
The group is under the direction and eye of the artist Maro Zacharogianire, withholding views of sharing and collaborating with unbias.

Concept, text and direction
Maro Zacharogianire
Maria Zacharogianni a visual artist that through painting and theatrical performance explores the semiotics of social structure and cultural heritage, creating environments where queries of identity take place in the socio political context of the postmodern. Graduated the Fine Art School Of Athens in 2008 with honors. Has attended courses of theatre and performance with Mania Papadimitriou Roula Pateraki, Ester Gonzales and Cosmin Chivu. Has written and directed 3 theatrical performances with her team Yellow. Member of Puzzle group by Maria Lalou. Member of Plasthra 16 group. Has participated in exhibitions such as at the Kappatos Gallery Rooms 2017, Kinitiras Studio 2017, the Athens Biennale in 2014 with nomadiki architektoniki, Empors Theater 2015, Rabbithole theater 2013, the Biennale of Young Artists in Vari 2008 with Plastira group, Bios Performance festival, Aeschelea Art Festival, Circulo de Bellas Artes in Madrid. Has performed in open spaces such as the Styles of Olympiou Dios in Athens and the Artemision in the Peloponnese.

Lili Tsezmatzoglou
Lily Tsesmatzoglou is an actress-performer, artist, and teacher of modern yoga. Through acting she studies the infinite psychological and physical possibilities that are evident in each of the roles that she encounters. She recognizes/believes that the body and the voice are a means of expressing emotions and ideas, and that with the necessary and correct guidance of the director, a bridge of communication (physical and verbal) can be made with the Audience. She believes that every person has the need to decode/understand their psycho-synthesis, whether they know it or not, and that the actor-performer is there to assure them that they are not alone in their quest. She is a graduate of the George Kimoulis’ “School of Contemporary Theater of Athens”. There she studied acting with; R. Pateraki, L. Filippova, E. Chatsiargyri, G. Kimoulis, etc. and additionally worked with V. Panagiotaki and K. Selioni who taught Alexander Technique and Laban Movement Analysis respectively. These studies enabled her to acquire a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of onstage acting. She has collaborated in a variety of theater productions with directors such as G. Kimoulis, A. Galeos, G. Karamalengo, P. Moschovaou, S. Stangos, K. Arzoglou etc. She also worked with the Institute of Experimental Arts in a production of Yard gal night which was performed in Athens and Cypress. On television, she has starred in many works with directors, M. Lafi, N. Kritikos, O. Malea, K. Varelidis among others. She has graduated from the Vakalo Art and Design College and from Central Saint Martins, London both of which have greatly influenced her overall aesthetics and the prism through which she perceives theater arts. Lily’s other interests and activities include a variety of visual art creations with active participation in many art exhibitions, and she is an avid student of Yoga for the last 15 years and has been teaching Yoga professionally for 4 years. Georgia Ampouranty
Georgia Ampourandy was born and raised in Athens. She is a graduate of the Petra drama school and an agronomist.
She has collaborated with the Onassis Foundation, he Athens-Εpidaurus Festival and several independent theatrical productions, under the direction of : Yannis Nikolaidis, Mary Zacharogianni, Dimitra Athanasouli, Elena Antoniou, Aris Michopoulos, Nick Touliatos, Tasos Prousalis, Thanasis Saltas, Zampia Pateraki.
She has performed in various stage plays: “Fonissa” (Alkmini), ”Skivala”(PK),”Mainstage”(Onassis Foundation), “Ηelen”, Euripides (Alpha), “The red umbrella” (Railway Carriage Theatre),”Seven Comedies by Moliere”
(Esotheatre), “Watch and leave”(Paramythias).
She has been production assistant in the play “Madame de Sade” (Argo Theatre). Also, she has appeared in several independent films. Attended classical and modern song lessons and seminars in acting, physical theater, Terzopoulos method and butoh. Fluent in Greek, English and German.
Mainly interested in documentary filmmaking, photography and painting.

Stauriana Astradenh
Stauriana Astradenh was born on19/04/1995, and graduated on 2013 from the Dance school of the Art School in Gerakas. She engages in dance activities from 2007 and has conttributed to many dance and theatre shows and performances up to date in Greece and abroad. SHe is a performaer based on her kinetic expression. She has also taken part in many exhibitions and events, In 2019 she graduated form the History and Theory Department of Athens Fine Art School. SHe has engaged in the restoration of worjs of art and has even contributed to the periodical exhibition of the National Gallery. In her free time she writes. In 2012 she took a step in the field of Fashion as an alternative model. Since then she has worked with many photographers, de designers and artists from Greece and abroad. Andriani Vasilopoulou
Andriani Vasilopoulou is a primary teacher and an actress. She studied direction at Stavrakou school, theater at the Drama school Contemporary Theater by G. Kimoulis, physical theater at the Professional School of Physical Theatre in London (Lecoq Methode) and has a degree from the Department of Primary Education at Aristotelion University of Thessaloniki. She has completed the Drama Education of Porta Theater of Ksenia Kalogeropoulou and is Masters Graduate of the Special Education course of the University of Thessaly. She has worked in theater and the cinema.
She has collaborated with Pantelis Voulgaris, George Kimoulis, Angela Mprouskou, Konstanino Arvanitaki, Giorgo Zampoulaki, Thoma Kindini, Niko Kornilio, Ari Michopoulo, Sotiri Tsoga, George Pantelakis, Paul Thomas, Eduardo Hunter Moura, Tomasz Rodowicz and others.
My desire is the deeper knowledge of Special Education, by combining the arts, that are so mandatory to all children.

Dramaturgy
Evdokia Delipetrou
Evdokia Delipetrou is a theatre studies researcher and dramaturg. She has studied drama and theatre at the Royal Holloway University of London and the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, where she is currently a PhD candidate studying the stage mechanisms of history and Greek identity at the National Theatre of Greece. As a dramaturg and a researcher she collaborates with several performance groups such as Omada7, MUSA, InBetween. She also participated in the historical – performative project Sinevi stin Ellada (It happened in Greece) at the National Theatre of Greece (2017-2018). As a researcher she is a scientific coordinator in the programme of digitalization of Rondiris Archive (Municipality of Peiraeus) and she took part in the programme: Digitization and promotion of the Greek National Theatre archive and Analogio festival 2005. She has been teaching theatre history since 2014 while she has also been participating in scientific conferences and publications with papers, studies and articles.

Set Design and Costumes
Giannos Ntanakos
Giannos Ntanakos was born in Athens on 18th of April 1973. He studied communication and mass media at the Kapodistrian State University in Athens.
He continued his studies in theater art near Roula Pateraki and Akis Davis in
the Studio of performance art at Theater Alkmini. After four years of performing
theater and completing his degree he confined his studies in physical art in
the State School of Dance at the professional department. He worked in the theater and dance for 10 years until 2006. From 2001 he presented original productions within the theater dance team "I Danikoi". He was the leader choreographer and performer. He conceived and wrote all the speech and drama that concerned the plays presented in Athens and also he was the
main protagonist in the works. He is influenced by artists like Seferis or Lord Byron. After this creative period he devoted himself in teaching physical methods in renowned and popular health clubs. Meanwhile some changes in his life lead him to follow the aesthetics of painting and as he
himself says "after the century of bodyness follows the century of materialism."

George Stamatakis
George Stamatakis is a disánguished member of the young generaáon of contemporary Greek arásts. Born in Heraklion on Crete, Greece in 1979, one of the recurring images in his work is the stark land- scapes from his Mediterranean homeland. From 2002, he worked for organizaáons such as the inter- naáonal NGO Engineers Without Borders, then, in 2013 he enrolled in the Paináng Department of the Athens School of Fine Arts (ASFA).
Stamatakis was introduced to the Japanese art scene during his áme at ASFA, where he studied at the Tokyo University of the Arts (GEIDAI) between 2018 - 2019, parácipaáng in an internaáonal stu- dent exchange program. With a scholarship from the Japan Student Services Organizaáon (JASSO), he took lessons in Shinji Ohmaki’s Sculpture Lab. In February 2019, he held a solo exhibiáon at Gallery K, Ginza, Tokyo.
George has excellent exhibiáon experience: his first-ever solo show took place in May 2015 at the Semio Theatre of Athens, Greece. His second solo show in 2018, was presented by the Ileana Tounta Contemporary Art Center in the Art-Thessaloniki art fair. Moreover, he has parácipated in the 8th and 9th Biennales held by Greek Fine Art Schools; he exhibited his work at the Nikos Kessanlis Grand Exhi- biáon Hall of ASFA; he was a member of the Elecáve Affiniáes educaáonal program of Documenta 14, in which he took part as a young arást. He has exhibited his work alongside arásts such as Jannis Kounellis, Takis, Lucas Samaras, Per Barclay, Sophie To§e, Flad Wolfgang, and in organizaáons such as the Gyeongmin Museum of Contemporary Art (Uijeongbu, S. Korea), the Yeni Mosque Museum (Thessaloniki, Greece), and the Charlie Smith Gallery (London, UK)- to name a few.
While he has worked both in Europe and in Asia, the great civilizaáon of Japan has always been a beacon of inspiraáon. Thus, he was deeply honoured to receive a grant from the Arts Council Tokyo, Tokyo Metropolitan Foundaáon of History and Culture. In 2020 he presented his work in the Sumida Hokusai Museum as part of Tokyo Tokyo Fesával.

Maria Velaora
Maria Velaora was born in Athens in 1987. She is an Architect Engineer, graduated from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA).
She obtained the master's degree in Art and Virtual Reality at
Athens School of Fine Arts and specialized in Art and Technology of Digital Image at the University of Paris 8, France. Since 2017 she is a PhD candidate
in École Nationale Supérieure en Architecture Paris la Villette (ENSAPLV). In parallel, after her internship in Ateliers Jean Nouvel, she has worked as an architect both in Greece and France, also collaborated with researchers, artists and architect teams.

George Kapatos
George Kapatos was born in Athens / Greece in 1981, He studied RF Electronics and every year was covered from successive scholarships in 2002, has strong background in electronics, automations, mechatronics, IT, hardware & software security and deep knowledge in multifaceted technology integration. He worked in various technology-centric industries of the private and public sector managing green-field projects or consulting on existing infrastructure restructure.

Kalliopi Vagiannaki
Kalliopi Vagiannaki was born and raised in Athens in 1975. He studied in AKTO and ATET in the graphic and decoration department. In recent years she has engaged in photography.
She has studied photography at the Hellenic Photography Center,next to well-known photographers such as Io Paschos, Stephanos Paschos and Platon Rivellis. She has photographed major projects such as the "Universitas" that took part in the Athens Biennial in 2017. She has been the exclusive photographer for Plan B Trends events organised by Athina Matisse since 2016.
She has been for many years and with very much care and devotion, a volunteer or not, in programs of the Hellenic Society for the Protection of Autism, offering creative employment to children in the autism spectrum.
